To provide a fuel supply system promptly starting a fuel pump by shortening time until an ignition switch is turned on and a power supply is supplied to a fuel pump controller.

This fuel pump control device 20 includes: the fuel pump 11 arranged in a fuel tank 10 and supplying fuel in the fuel tank 10 to an engine; and the fuel pump controller 40 controlling electric power supply to the fuel pump 11. In the fuel pump control device, a first power supply path 23 and a second power supply path 24 which are connected to the fuel pump controller 40 are provided for supplying the power supply. The first power supply path 23 is connected to a battery 22 through the ignition switch 21, and the second power supply path 24 is connected to the battery 22 through a relay circuit 25 controlled by an ECU 30 driving and controlling the engine.
