To provide water-permeable/water-retentive concrete or mortar which is excellent in water permeability and water retentivity, particularly keeps excellent water retentivity even when dried and wetted repeatedly, exhibits an excellent temperature drop when sprinkled with water and keeps the dropped temperature for a long time and to provide a method for producing the same, and a composition becoming a raw material of the same.
The water-permeable/water-retentive concrete or mortar is obtained by solidifying the composition containing fine aggregate obtained by milling original aggregate, cement a CMC aqueous solution having ≥100 mPa s viscosity and is used as a paving block, a roadbed block, porous concrete or a mortar product.
