Abstract:
The present invention relates to highly elastomeric, curable, paintable silicone compositions comprising (a) a reactive organopolysiloxane polymer, (b) a crosslinker; and (c) a semi-compatible component comprising an organic polymer, an organic oligomer, or combinations thereof. The highly elastomeric, curable, paintable silicone compositions have an elongation of at least 150 % and are useful as paintable sealants and caulks.
