Abstract:
To provide a gas supply system capable of preventing moisture from being mixed into a gas supply subject side.
The gas supply system 1 includes a hydrogen cylinder bundle 2, a pre-cooler 41 for cooling a gas from the hydrogen cylinder bundle 2, and a nozzle 3 for discharging the gas cooled by the pre-cooler 41 to the gas supply subject. A moisture separator 9 for moisture removal is provided in the pre-cooler 41 or on the downstream side of the pre-cooler 41.
