To provide a picture information control device for applying division information to the proper place of picture information when storing picture information to be sequentially displayed in a display part in accordance with a processing operation.
The picture information control device is configured to detect at least the change of an internal processing state of an information terminal, and to compare the detected change of the internal processing state of the information terminal with change conditions preliminarily stored as appropriate one for applying divisions to picture information displayed by the display part of the information terminal, and to decide whether the change of the internal processing state of the information terminal is appropriate for applying the divisions, and to, when it is decided that the change of the internal processing state of the information terminal is appropriate for applying the divisions, apply the division information to the picture information displayed by the display part in accordance with processing to be performed by the information terminal, and to store the picture information.
