To inexpensively construct a security system which gives a report when a suspicious person intrudes until a door is locked.

A user causes a card reader 201 of an authentication terminal device 200 to read ID to enter a room, and causes a fingerprint reader 211 of an exist-side authentication terminal device 210 in the room to read fingerprint information within a predetermined time. A first authentication part 110 collates, upon input of a read ID 201a, the read ID 201a with a registered ID 191, and determines to perform authentication permission. When the first authentication 110 determines the authentication permission, an unlocking part 130 unlocks an electric lock 221, and a timer part 140 sets a timer. A second authentication part 120 collates, upon input of read fingerprint information 211a, the read fingerprint information 211a with registered fingerprint information 192, and determines to perform authentication permission. When the time is out before the authentication permission is determined by the second authentication part 120, an announcement part 150 transmits an alarm report 151 to a center device 230.
