Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data holding circuit that is more reliable by preventing soft errors.SOLUTION: The data holding circuit provided includes: a first input terminal (IN) for inputting data; a comparison circuit (1202) for outputting data corresponding to major data among data at three or more input terminals; three or more switches (1201) connected between the first input terminal and the three or more input terminals of the comparison circuit so as to switch over from an on state to an off state at respective different timings; and a first data holding element (103) for holding the data output by the comparison circuit.
