Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that can be easily reduced in size and is excellent in productivity.SOLUTION: The power conversion device 1 is formed by housing a semiconductor stacked unit 4 in a frame 5. A pressurizing member 6 that applies pressure in the stacking direction X of the semiconductor stacked unit 4 is arranged at one end in the stacking direction X. The frame 5 has an insertion opening 52 for inserting at least a part of the pressurizing member 6. The pressurizing member 6 includes a spring member 61 and a press plate 62 arranged on the spring member 61 on the opposite side to the semiconductor stacked unit 4. The pressurizing member 6 is so arranged that the spring member 61 is disposed in the insertion opening 52 as viewed from the stacking direction X and the press plate 62 is fixed on the frame 5.
