Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardening coil which has shortened manufacturing time and reduced manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: The hardening coil includes: a coil head 30 that is provided with a pair of bends 31, 31 circularly formed and each disposed at the prescribed interval, center-spacer mounting parts 32, 32 and a side-spacer mounting part 33 which are formed integrally with the respective bends 31, 31; and a center spacer 41 and a pair of side spacers 42, 42 which are mounted to the center-spacer mounting parts 32, 32 and the side-spacer mounting part 33 through bolts 43, 43 in a state in which the center spacer 41 and the side spacers 42, 42 come closer to a workpiece W set in the coil head than each of the bends 31, 31 by the prescribed dimension. The coil head 30 and the spacer 40 are cooled by supplying cooling water to at least each of the bends 31, 31 from a cooling route 11.
