Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a lifting operation with less driving torque and less slip even when a frictional coefficient between a tether and a drive roller is changed during traveling in a self-traveling lifting apparatus.SOLUTION: A self-traveling lifting apparatus travels and moves up and down along a tether 100 disposed along a lifting passage. A control is made so that holding force between a drive roller 2 and a driven roller 3 decreases with time. Upon occurrence of a speed difference of a predetermined value or more between the drive roller and the driven roller, a control is made so as to increase the holding force.
