Abstract:
To provide a sloshing load reducing device capable of reducing shaking of the free surface of a liquid stored in a tank, and a ship with the sloshing load reducing device.
The sloshing load reducing device includes: a film body 21 facing the free surface 12 of the liquid 11 in the tank 10 and hagin a degree of freedom in the horizontal direction; supporting means 22a for supporting both end parts of the film body 21 in the tank 10; and stretching means 23 for stretching the film body 21 downward at an intermediate part.
