To allow information security to be more surely maintained while, in a state wherein information used in the past is stored as a use history, calling up information of the use history to effectively use available history functions.

A control section 1 stores an operation executed for storing information as a use history (an operation of touch to a fingerprint sensor 8a constituting a fingerprint recognition section 8) and the information in association with each other in the case of the operation being a prescribed operation, and calls up the information in response to a calling operation for information of the use history in the case of the calling operation being an operation associated with the information.
