Abstract:
Provided is an inexpensive and easy-to-use device capable of repeatedly and simply cleaning many reaction cells at a time. Specifically, provided is a suction device used for suctioning fluids (3) in reaction cells (2) of a reaction plate (1). The suction device comprises: a sealing material (8) disposed on the flat surface of the reaction plate (1) and used for isolating the pressures inside the reaction cells (2) from each other; at least one narrow suction tube (4) and at least one narrow leakage tube (9) both corresponding to each of the reaction cells (2) and passing through the sealing material (8); and a means (6) for combining the narrow suction tubes (4) with each other at the outside of the reaction cells (2). When the fluids (3) in the reaction cells (2) are suctioned through the narrow suction tubes (4), the pressure differences between both ends of the narrow suction tubes (4) are applied by the narrow leakage tubes (9).
