Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preparing ultra low-shrinkage AE concrete and the ultra low-shrinkage AE concrete capable of lowering a dry shrinkage factor to 400 μ or less and, at the same time, giving a cured product excellent in freeze-thaw resistance.SOLUTION: In preparation of the ultra low-shrinkage AE concrete using at least portland cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, a drying shrinkage reducing agent, a cement dispersing agent, an air content controlling agent and water, specific blast-furnace slag fine powder is used at a specific ratio as a part of the portland cement; specific blast-furnace slag fine aggregate is used at a specific ratio as a part of the fine aggregate; the drying shrinkage reducing agent is used at a specific ratio; and a unit amount ratio is adjusted to fall in a specific range.
