Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable photoelectric conversion device enhancing adhesive strength between an electrode and a light absorption layer.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device 20 includes: an electrode 2 including molybdenum; and a light absorption layer 31 provided on the electrode 2 and including oxygen and selenium. Further, the light absorption layer 31 in the present embodiment has a plurality of first crystal grains and a plurality of second crystal grains, including the oxygen and the selenium. Further, the first crystal grains and the second crystal grains in the present embodiment are in contact with the electrode 2. In the present embodiment, the second crystal grains have a molar concentration of the oxygen at a portion in contact with the electrode 2 higher than that of the oxygen at a portion where the first crystal grains are in contact with the electrode 2.
