Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely mount solar cells and prevent electrical connection failures.SOLUTION: In a solar cell module 1, solar cells 4 are placed between a panel 2 and a back sheet 9. The solar cells 4 are sandwiched by a lower sealing material 7 and an upper sealing material 8 to be sealed. Circuit layers 5, each of which has a circuit pattern, are placed on an insulation base material 3 provided on the back sheet 9. Conductive connection materials 13 are attached to electrodes of the circuit layers 5. A recessed part for a cell, which fits into the solar cell 4, is formed on a surface of the lower sealing material 7, and recessed parts for connection materials, each of which fits into the conductive connection material 13, are formed on its back surface. This formation allows the solar cell 4 and the circuit layer 5 to be aligned.
