Abstract:

To provide a thiol-modified monomer mixture which is excellent in various performances, particularly significantly excellent in dispersibility, and capable of providing a component which is useful in various applications such as an admixture for cement, a polyalkylene glycol chain-containing thiol polymer obtained by using the monomer mixture and a dispersant and an admixture for cement, each including the polymer, and a cement composition.

The thiol-modified monomer mixture comprises a thiol-modified monomer having a structure represented by general formula (3) and/or (4) (wherein R1and R2may be same or different and represent organic residues; AG is an organic residue containing at least one kind of 2-18C alkylene glycol group; R3is a hydrogen atom or an organic residue) and an oligomer of the thiol-modified monomer.
