Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a recovering apparatus without using a special material by suppressing acidity of waste plastic containing a halogen element or the waste plastic containing a halogen-based flame retardant thereby neutralizing the waste plastic, when decomposing and liquefying the waste plastic in a stage prior to decomposition of the waste plastic, and thereby preventing damage to a recovering apparatus of decomposition oil including a pyrolyzer.SOLUTION: When the waste plastic made semi-melted beforehand by a melting machine 13 is introduced into a melting vessel 15 and then is made nearly liquid by heating and stirring the resultant waste plastic, alkali such as caustic soda or urea and water are added by an adding apparatus 27 and the melted plastic in the melting vessel 15 is neutralized.
