Abstract:
The method involves guiding a straight material strip (2) in an unfolded condition for fixing a material strip provided as strap handle. An unfolded end (2a) of the material strip is applied on a material web (7) for forming a foil pouch (1) by a pivot movement and is connected in force-fit manner. The pivot movement is carried out around a pivot axis running outside of the folded material strip.
