Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive controller of a hybrid vehicle capable of quickly stopping an engine while inhibiting degradation of a battery when blocking fuel supply and stopping the engine.SOLUTION: The drive controller 30 is mounted on the hybrid vehicle 10 including catalytic converters 16, 17 provided in an exhaust duct 24 to purify exhaust gas and a sub-Osensor 26 sensing an air-fuel ratio of the exhaust gas, and includes a reduction means 31 reducing a rotating speed of the engine 11 by applying a power generation load of an MG1 to the engine 11 when blocking the fuel supply and stopping the engine 11, and a reduction limiting means 32 limiting or prohibiting the application of the power generation load of the MG1 to the engine 11 until the air-fuel ratio of the exhaust gas comes into a lean state.
