Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method that makes possible production of radomes which, even if the aesthetically designed part thereof is smaller in size than the radar transmitting range, can have an integrated appearance without sacrificing functions.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a radome 10 comprises a first molding step of forming a first molded member 11 made up of a transparent member having on the rear face concaves 11A and 11B (5A); a second molding step of forming a second molded member 16 having on the front face convexes 16A and 16B to be fitted into the concaves 11A and 11B; an adhesive applying step of applying an adhesive onto at least either the rear face of the first molded member 11 or the front face of the second molded member 16; and a pasting step of pasting together the first molded member 11 and the second molded member 16 in a vacuum state.
