Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding lawnmower vehicle capable of preventing damage to the lawn by suppressing wheel slip, and to provide a control method for the riding lawnmower vehicle.SOLUTION: The riding lawnmower vehicle 1 is a vehicle equipped with a motor 41 for generating a driving force to rotate front wheels 11a, 11b, and includes a motor rotation speed sensor Q1 which detects the number of revolutions of the motor, a motor current sensor Q2 which detects the current value of a current flowing through the motor 41, a slip state determination part 38a which determines whether or not the front wheels 11a, 11b are in a slip state based on the result of detection by at least one of the motor rotation speed sensor Q1 and the motor current sensor Q2, and a motor control part 38c which performs control for reducing a torque of the motor 41 when the slip state determination part 38a determines that the front wheels 11a, 11b are in the slip state.
