Abstract:
An illumination device including a housing for accommodating the illumination panel and having an opening through which the illumination light from the illumination panel is extracted to the exterior, the illumination panel having a planar emission unit comprising a plurality of band-shaped organic EL elements having emission colors that differ from each other, the organic EL elements being arranged in parallel in a striped manner. The longitudinal direction of the band-shaped organic EL elements is parallel to a plane including the opening of the housing, and the planar emission unit of the illumination panel is arranged at an incline relative to the plane including the opening of the housing.
