Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residence specification settlement support system, enabling a prompter decision of a residence specification.SOLUTION: A server includes: a selection and reception processing means of the exemplary residence construction information which displays a list of exemplary residence construction information of both a manufacturer specification and a sales shop specification, which are stored in an exemplary residence construction information table provided in the server concerned, transmits data to be displayed on an exemplary residence construction information selection screen 180 to allow selection of the exemplary residence construction information from the list to a terminal device connected to the server via a network, and executes a reception processing of the exemplary residence construction information which is selected on the exemplary residence construction information selection screen 180 and transmitted from the terminal device via the network; and a reference and registration processing means of the exemplary residence construction information, which executes a storage processing of the exemplary residence construction information which is received by the selection and reception processing means of the exemplary residence construction information into a residence specification information table of the server as customer residence specification information.
