Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device capable of performing a warm-up operation depending on a running state of a vehicle.SOLUTION: The vehicle control device is a control device of a vehicle 1 that runs by power from at least either one of an internal combustion engine 109 in which a purifier 110 for purifying exhaust gas with a catalyst is connected to an air release system and an electric motor 107. The control device comprises: a detection portion for detecting the running state of the vehicle 1; a setting portion for setting implementation time of warm-up operation of the internal combustion engine based on the detection result from the detection portion; and a warm-up operation control portion for controlling the warm-up operation of the internal combustion engine.
