Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conflicting evaluation expressions cannot be outputted from large quantities of documents like Web documents.SOLUTION: Conflicting evaluation expressions can be outputted from large quantities of documents like Web documents by a terminal device including: an evaluation phrase dictionary in which one or more pieces of evaluation phrase information having evaluation phrases and evaluation polarities can be stored; an evaluation expression extraction unit which extracts two or more evaluation expressions each being a collection of one or more phrases including evaluation phrases, from sentences relating to a topic by using evaluation phrases stored in the evaluation phrase dictionary; an evaluation expression clustering unit which clusters two or more evaluation expressions from one or more phrases included in each of two or more evaluation expressions extracted by the evaluation expression extraction unit, to acquire two or more evaluation expression groups each including one or more evaluation expressions; a conflicting evaluation expression acquisition unit which acquires positive evaluation expressions and negative evaluation expressions with respect to one topic; and a conflicting evaluation expression output unit which outputs the positive evaluation expressions and the negative evaluation expressions.
