Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a print setting changeable by a simple method in a cloud computing system capable of printing by transmitting an electronic mail to an e-mail address corresponding to a printer.SOLUTION: A print control server comprises: print request receiving means for receiving an electronic mail addressed to an e-mail address assigned to a printer as a print request; guiding means for transmitting identification information associated with the print request to a transmission source of the print request by the electronic mail; print control request receiving means for receiving a change of a print setting with respect to the print request through a print control page while obtaining a print control page request based on the identification information from the transmission source of the print request so as to transmit the print control page associated with the print request to the transmission source of the print request; data converting means for generating print data according to the print setting based on a text or an attached file of the print request; and print data transmitting means for transmitting the print data to a specified printer.
