Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely extract an image area of desired cells from an image.SOLUTION: Cell candidate objects to be candidates for cell objects are extracted from an image data obtained by imaging cells, and morphological feature quantities of the cell candidate objects are extracted. A cumulative distribution is calculated that is obtained by sequentially adding one of appearance frequencies of values based on the morphological feature quantities for each section or values based on the morphological feature quantities for the each section when values based on the morphological feature quantities are sectioned for each predetermined interval. A cell object recognizing part is included that extracts cell objects or objects related to noise except the cell objects from among the cell candidate objects based on the cumulative distribution.
