PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal a waterproof sheet in a watertight state, without assembling an auxiliary column, in a waterproof device for preventing the inflow of water to the inside of a building from an opening part of the building.SOLUTION: When tensioning the waterproof sheet 11 of a construction waterproof sheet device A installed on the outdoor side of a skeleton opening part 1 in the skeleton opening part so that both left-right edges of the waterproof sheet become the watertight state, an outdoor side surface of an opening part jamb 2 is provided with a sealant 8, and supports the upper edge of the waterproof sheet by the skeleton opening part, and a presser column 14 is assembled from the outdoor side of the jamb so that the sealant is pressingly deformed from the outdoor side of the waterproof sheet in a state of applying both left-right edges to the sealant, and both left-right edges of the waterproof sheet are held in the watertight state between the presser column and the sealant.
