Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL element, which comprises a conductive reflection film formed by a wet coating method, having high luminance, capable of suppressing degradation of the conductive reflection film due to heat and light generated when the organic EL element emits light, and having durability attributed to suppression of reduction in light emission intensity caused by peeling of the conductive reflection film from a substrate or a light-emitting layer.SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent element 1 comprises: a substrate 20; a conductive reflection film 10; a light-emitting layer 30; and a transparent electrode layer 40, in this order, where the conductive reflection film 10 contains a metal nanoparticle sintered body and carbon nanofibers.
