Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly mix gases in a short distance while suppressing pressure loss when mixing a gas with an addition gas having a different quantity of heat.SOLUTION: A gas mixing structure includes: a main tube 1 which carries a by-product gas; an inner tube 2 which supplies a fuel gas having a quantity of heat different from that of the by-product gas to inside the main tube 1, and which is composed of a tube having a diameter smaller than that of the main tube 1 and having a tip coaxially arranged in the main tube 1 to open in the direction of carrying the by-product gas; a first cylindrical nozzle 3 which is connected to the tip of the inner tube 2 and has a first base end port 3a with the same diameter as that of the inner tube 2 and a first tip port 3b with a greater diameter than that of the first base end port 3a, and whose diameter expands toward the tip; and a second cylindrical nozzle 4 which is provided downstream of the first cylindrical nozzle 3 in a carrying direction of the main gas and has a second base end port 4a with a smaller diameter than that of the first tip port 3b and the second tip port 4b having a greater diameter than that of the second base port 4a and whose diameter expands toward the tip side.
