Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device capable of capturing a high-quality image.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device according to the present invention includes a semiconductor substrate 101 on which a photoelectric conversion unit 103 is disposed. An insulator 104 is laminated on the semiconductor substrate 101. A hole 105 corresponding to the photoelectric conversion unit 103 is disposed in the insulator 104. A waveguide member 106 is disposed in the hole 105. An in-layer lens 107 is disposed on that side of the waveguide member 106 which is opposite to the semiconductor substrate 101. A first intermediate member 110 is disposed between the waveguide member 106 and the in-layer lens 107. A refractive index of the first intermediate member 110 is lower than that of the in-layer lens.
