Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring an equipment component assembly position, capable of improving efficiency of equipping work by using a three-dimensional model to display a dimension easy to be measured at the time of assembly work of an equipment component.SOLUTION: A method of measuring an equipment component assembly position comprises: a contact part extraction step of identifying a contact part 21 where an equipment component 2 is in contact with a structure 1; a cross-sectional shape calculation step of calculating a cross-sectional shape G of the equipment component 2 on an off-set face F separated from a contact face 11 of the structure 1 with respect to the contact part 21; a measurement reference point extraction step of extracting a measurement reference point 3 that is used to measure a dimension from the cross-sectional shape G; a dimension measuring point calculation step of calculating dimension measuring points 4 by extending normal vectors 31 to 34 from the measurement reference point 3 on two axes parallel to the contact face 11 and obtaining intersection points with an end face part 12 of the contact face 11 projected on the off-set face F or a wall face part 13 on the off-set face F; and a dimension display step of calculating a distance between the measurement reference point 3 and the dimension measuring points 4 and displaying the distance as a dimension on a three-dimensional model M.
