Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor having a step skew structure, capable of improving productivity and reducing a manufacturing cost by integration without using an adhesive, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A rotor includes a rotor core 310, magnet groups including a plurality of magnets 320, and a rotor cover 340. The plurality of magnet groups are arranged in a rotary shaft direction, and the plurality of magnets are arranged at positions deviated in a circumferential direction by a predetermined step angle, respectively, for each magnet group. The rotor cover has a partition recess part 350 recessed to a radial inner side corresponding to between the magnet groups adjacent to each other, a plurality of support regions 347 in contact with the plurality of magnets, respectively, and a pair of flanges 341 projecting to a radial inner side from each end. The plurality of magnets are held in the circumferential direction by the plurality of support regions, and the plurality of magnet groups are held in the rotary shaft direction by the pair of flanges and the partition recess part.
