Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display controller which allows a display object to be more adequately moved on a display screen, in response to a moving operation in contact with a touch panel surface.SOLUTION: A display controller controls the movement of a display object on a display screen in response to a moving operation in contact with a touch panel surface. The movement of the display object is controlled with a first response sensitivity, for an upward moving operation in contact with the touch panel surface. The movement of the display object is controlled with a second response sensitivity which is lower than the first response sensitivity, for a downward moving operation in contact with the touch panel surface. The display controller comprises tilt angle detection means which detects a tilt angle of the touch panel surface, and response sensitivity control means which controls the response sensitivity to the moving operation in contact with the touch panel surface in response to the tilt angle. The closer to vertical the tilt angle is, the larger is difference between the first response sensitivity and the second response sensitivity.
