PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image diagnosis support technology capable of making lesions accurately correspond to each other between images.SOLUTION: This image diagnosis support device calculates a similarity degree between a plurality of subject images for a vector from a reference point of the subject image to a lesion, and determines that the lesions corresponding to the vectors whose similarity degree is equal to or higher than a prescribed threshold are the same lesion.
