Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation method of a tire in which calculation time or the like can be shortened.SOLUTION: The simulation method of the tire includes a step S1 for setting a tire model modeled from a pneumatic tire with a finite number of elements, a step S2 setting a rim model modeled from a rim having a contact face contacting the tire model, and a step S3 setting a tire-rim assembly model specifying a condition for mounting the tire model on the rim model. The contact face of the rim model is defined with a mathematical function.
