Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring cooker which exerts superior stirring and scraping effects, prevents burning effectively, and is cleaned easily.SOLUTION: The stirring cooker includes a cooking pot 1 having a semispheric bottom and an open top, a heating chamber 2 disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the bottom of the cooking pot 1, and a rotating shaft 3 inserted diagonally through the opening of the pot 1 into the cooking pot 1 and having an arcuate stirring rod 5 attached to the lower end of the rotating shaft extending along the inner surface of the cooking pot 1. The rotating shaft 3 freely rotates clockwise and counterclockwise alternately, and is provided with an almost inverted-V-shaped stirring blade 7 disposed on the outer periphery of the stirring rod 5 and in a direction crossing the length direction of the stirring rod 5, having a top 7a supported pivotally and swinging alternately through a predetermined angle, and having both ends sliding alternately over the bottom of the cooking pot 1. It is preferable that the stirring blade 7 be freely attached to/detached from the stirring rod 5.
