PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous form processing device capable of enhancing versatility of connection to a printing device, and to provide a printing and processing system for a continuous form.SOLUTION: A processing device 20 processes a processing sheet W conveyed to a conveying direction X by a driving rollers 51, 52 of printers 50, 250, 350 and processed to the continuous form. The device includes an inside dancer roller 25 moving from a reference position according to a conveying speed of the processing sheet W, an inside moving quantity detecting sensor 25a detecting the moving quantity of the inside dancer roller 25, an intradevice dancer roller 24 moving from a reference position according to the conveying speed of the processing sheet, an intradevice moving quantity detecting sensor 24a detecting the moving quantity of the intradevice dancer roller 24, and a processing device control section 31 carrying out speed adjusting control for adjusting the conveying speed of the processing sheet W such that the inside dancer roller 25 and the intradevice dancer roller 24 maintain the reference positions based on the output of the inside moving quantity detecting sensor 25a and the intradevice moving quantity detecting sensor 24a.
