Abstract:
An electrical connector (10) is to be connected to a first mating connector (50) and a second mating connector (50). The electrical connector (10) includes a plurality of terminals (30); and a housing (11) for holding the terminals (30) in a terminal arrangement direction. The housing (11) includes an upper housing (11U) and a lower housing (11L) attached to the upper housing (11U). The upper housing (11U) includes a plurality of upper grooves (15U) for holding the terminals (30). Each of the upper grooves (15U) has an upper narrow width portion having a width smaller than other part of the upper groove (15U) . The lower housing (11L) includes a plurality of lower grooves (15L) for holding the terminals (30). Each of the lower grooves (15L) has a lower narrow width portion having a width smaller than other part of the lower groove (15L).
