Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a concrete structure having necessary durability by using seawater-mixed concrete to use seawater and sea sand.SOLUTION: The concrete structure is configured to include seawater-mixed concrete obtained by kneading a mixture of slag cement and sea sand with seawater, and a reinforcing material for increasing tensile strength. The reinforcing material is selected from carbon fiber, epoxy-coated reinforcing steel and antirust-coated reinforcing steel. Preferable, reinforcing material is carbon fiber for a structure having a lifetime of about 100 years, epoxy-coated reinforcing steel for a structure having a lifetime of about 70 years, and antirust-coated reinforcing steel for a structure having a lifetime of about 30 years.
