Abstract:
In prior art documents, no consideration is given as to how to more faithfully preserve image (here and subsequently also termed "video") data of larger size during transmission. Provided is an image transmission device for transmission of image data configured to divide an image into blocks of an horizontal and vertical size supported by a receiving device, to compress the image blocks and to transmit the compressed image blocks during a blanking period.
