Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to, in an operation state where scene determination is performed and an operation state where it is not performed, refer to explanations suitable for the respective ones.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus having an imaging unit and an operation unit for receiving a user's instruction determines a photographic scene on the basis of an image being captured by the imaging unit. The electronic apparatus, when receiving a help instruction to display a help screen, displays an explanation about the determined photographic scene as the help screen if an operation mode in receiving the help instruction is an operation mode where a result of the determination processing is used. Then, the electronic apparatus displays an explanation about the operation unit as the help screen if the operation mode in receiving the help instruction is an operation mode where the result of the determination processing is not used.
