Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical system for sufficiently securing distance from an image surface to an exit pupil, and with successful optical performance from time of focus of an infinity object to time of focus of a short-distance object, an optical device, and a method for manufacturing the optical system.SOLUTION: An optical system has a first lens group G1 having negative refractive power and a second lens group G2 having positive refractive power in order from the object side. A lens on the object side most in the first lens group G1 is a negative meniscus lens whose convex surface is turned to the object side, the second lens group G2 has an aperture diaphragm S and at least two lenses arranged more on the object side than the aperture diaphragm S, the lens on the object side most in the second lens group G2 is a positive lens component, the lens on the image side most in the second lens group G2 is a positive lens, focus from an infinity object to a short-distance object is performed by fixing a position of the first lens group G1 and moving the whole of the second lens group G2 in an optical axis direction, and a predetermined conditional expression is satisfied.
