Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce the resources needed for the transmission of physical layer signaling to improve LTE system throughput.SOLUTION: The method includes providing timers one for each user, determining the timer cycle of each user respectively, notifying each user of their own timer cycles respectively, and carrying out user scheduling. Then, when a user is scheduled, determination of whether it is necessary to send physical layer signaling to the user is made based on the scheduling result and the count result of the timer provided for the user. If determined to be necessary, physical layer signaling is sent to the user by a PDCCH to start up or restart the timer of the user. Further, a method for receiving physical layer signaling by user terminals, as well as eNB and user terminals are disclosed.
