Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device capable of communication using an idle frequency band in consideration of communication quality even in a situation of a large traffic amount.SOLUTION: A communication device 1 performing communication using an idle frequency band comprises: a communication unit 11 for communicating communication data; a carrier sense unit 12 for detecting an idle frequency band that is a frequency band having lower signal intensity than a carrier sense threshold; a control unit 13 for communicating communication data using the idle frequency band detected by the carrier sense unit 12; and when increasing the communication band, a change unit 18 for changing a carrier sense condition in the carrier sense unit 12 to increase communication opportunity, and for changing a modulation setting in the communication unit 11 to decrease a bit error rate.
