Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating coil, a heat treatment apparatus and a heat treatment method which perform uniform treatment.SOLUTION: The induction heating coil 26 includes a heating conductor section 31 which faces at least a part of an area A1 to be treated and performs heat treatment of the area A1 to be treated while rotationally moving relatively to the area A1 to be treated. The heating conductor section 31 includes a conductor portion 36 which intersects the circumferential direction of the rotation and extends and is configured in such a way that the circumferential-direction length of the conductor portion at a portion far from the center of the rotational movement is longer than the circumferential-direction length at a portion near the center.
