Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste composition for a solar cell having a PERC structure, capable of suppressing generation of a cavity on the interface between a back electrode for the solar cell and a silicon substrate and obtaining an excellent BSF effect.SOLUTION: A paste composition is used for forming a back electrode 8 for the solar cell which comes into electrical contact with a silicon semiconductor substrate 1 through a hole formed in an antireflection film 3 formed on the silicon semiconductor substrate 1 as a passivation film. This composition includes: an aluminum powder; an aluminum-silicon alloy powder; a silicon powder; a glass powder and an organic vehicle.
