Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conical propeller water turbine device 30 capable of utilizing not only an energy of water flow speed but also an energy of water flow pressure in maximum level so as to increase a turbine efficiency and provide a hydraulic generating apparatus 10 improving generating efficiency under utilization of the conical propeller water turbine device.SOLUTION: A conical propeller water turbine device 30 used while being installed at a feeding water pipe system, the conical propeller water turbine device comprises: an outer casing 39 with openings at its axial both sides; a water-tight container 40 arranged in the casing through annular water passages [45-46-47]; and a turbine runner 37 rotatably installed in the outer casing 39. In this conical propeller water turbine device 30, the turbine runner 37 is installed at an upstream side of the water-tight container 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
