Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing and drying machine with high reliability which reduces air remaining in a circulation pump and which has stabilized a flow rate during initial drive.SOLUTION: A washing and drying machine includes: an outer tub supported in a housing; an inner tub which is included in the outer tub and in which laundry is accommodated; a driving device for rotationally driving the inner tub; a first circulation flow passage for connecting a bottom of the outer tub and an upper part of the outer tub; a first circulation pump which sprinkles washing water stored at the bottom of the outer tub to the laundry via the first circulation flow passage; a second circulation flow passage which is different from the first circulation flow passage and which connects the bottom of the outer tub and the upper part of the outer tub; and a second circulation pump which sprinkles a detergent solution stored at the bottom of the outer tub to the laundry via the second circulation flow passage and whose flow rate is lower than that of the first circulation pump. The second circulation pump is arranged at a position in which a discharge port is located above in the vertical direction with respect to a suction port of the detergent solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
